Message From the CEO

It has been more than six years since we formed Digital Management with the mission to raise the bar for what a small business can accomplish for its clients, its employees, and its shareholders. We recognized that with our elite team of experts, we had assets that few small businesses have—a heritage in transformational business solutions (dating back to the early days of the web), a zest for innovation, and the assembled thought-leadership and technical talent to deliver world-class solutions that can transform the way Government conducts business.

I'm pleased to report that we have, in fact, set a new standard for superior delivery. We have achieved an enviable five-year growth in revenue, overall customer satisfaction is strong, and we're currently on pace to hire our 100th employee by the end of 2008. Our success isn't just represented by our growth, however. We have received numerous accolades from our clients, won new contracts, and received additional work from ALL our current clients. Most importantly, our employees are motivated and dedicated to constantly achieving the best quality service delivery in the industry.

To maintain the momentum, we continue to make substantial investments in corporate infrastructure and human capital. These investments will yield a higher-quality of service, provide a platform to support our continuing growth, and train our professionals in the latest technologies and trends.
