Digital Management Selected as GSA STARS Contract Awardee

Company is Selected to Provide Services in 5 of 8 Key Functional Areas

Rockville, MD—July 19, 2004—Digital Management Inc. (www.digitalmanagement.com), the secure e-government solutions company, announced today that it has been awarded an 8(a) STARS Contract Vehicle by the GSA Small Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Center. The new 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) is a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract vehicle for technology solutions, set-aside for qualified 8(a) companies, with a program ceiling of $15 billion.

The vehicle, formerly known as 8(a) FAST, has seen a lot of velocity with over 7000 task orders and $2B in spend cycle through it over the past five years. Under this new seven-year contract (three base years plus two 2-year options), Digital Management is eligible to provide solutions under the following functional areas:

FA1 NAICS 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services
FA2 NAICS 541512 Computer Systems Design Services
FA3 NAICS 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services
FA4 NAICS 518210 Data Processing, Hosting and Related Services
FA5 NAICS 541519 Other Computer Related Services Production operations
