The Small Business Administration Selects Digital Management to Lead Electronic Records Management Implementation
Bethesda, MD—September 12, 2005—Digital Management, Inc. (www.digitalmanagement.com), the secure e-government solutions company, will implement Electronic Records Management policy and procedures for the Small Business Administration (SBA). Digital Management will develop a centralized records schedule directory and formal tracking procedures for checking records in and out of the SBA Records Management Office. Additionally, Digital Management will develop a baseline Vital Records Policy for mission-critical records required for continuity of operations.
"Records management may not get headline status, but it's a critical part of an agency's ability to conduct efficient, cohesive operations. We're tasked with making the largest possible impact within a very limited budget. This is where Digital Management shines!" comments company president, Jay Sunny Bajaj. "We've been fortunate to serve several SBA offices over the past two years. During that time, the SBA has seen fit to trust us with projects increasingly critical to its ongoing operations. To date, the results fall nothing short of our goal of 'pervasive excellence.' We look forward to continuing that service by providing the best possible solutions for the SBA's IT needs."
Digital Management currently provides the SBA with services in Enterprise Architecture, project management, software development, and IT capital planning.
