Digital Management Selected to Evaluate Club Yancey Program

Company to Measure Efficacy of After-School Program at Yancey Elementary School

Charlottesville, Virginia November 1, 2005—Digital Management, Inc. (www.digitalmanagement.com), the secure e-government solutions company, announced today that it has been selected by the County of Albemarle, Virginia to evaluate and report the impact of the Club Yancey after-school academic remediation and cultural enrichment program on its students. Digital Management will periodically measure program impact across a wide spectrum of academic, disciplinary, and social goals, with focus on the four A's of a positive and successful school experience: Academic Achievement, Attendance, and Attitude toward school.

Benjamin Franklin Yancey Elementary School is the recipient of 21st Century Community Learning Center funds, used to develop Club Yancey. The program provides academic tutoring, assistance and supervision during students' homework completion, nutritional education, arts and sports activities, and support for families of students enrolled in Yancey, and for all eligible elementary school-aged children and their families in the County's Esmont community.
