Barbara Sullivan Joins Digital Management

Bethesda, Maryland, February 22, 2006—Digital Management, Inc. of Bethesda, Maryland, announced today that Barbara Sullivan has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Civilian Operations. Ms. Sullivan will oversee all service delivery activities to support Digital Management's accelerating growth across more than a dozen federal, state, and local government agencies.

Before joining Digital Management, Ms. Sullivan served as Business Intelligence Unit Vice President and General Manager for the Government Enterprise Services/Government Services Group of BAE Systems Information Technology. She brings considerable experience leading a young business to operational maturity. During 16 years with User Technology Associates, Inc. (UTA) she was a catalyst for growth, securing contracts and new clients that today remain stalwarts for sustained corporate growth and profitability. As Senior Vice President of East Coast Operations, Ms. Sullivan built and directed the largest business units within UTA, growing them from 5 to more than 600 employees.

Prior to joining UTA, Ms. Sullivan managed IT projects and programs for Advanced Technology, Inc., including development of prototypes and provision of acquisition support cost modeling for large IT programs. Ms. Sullivan also held positions in state government in Illinois and Ohio and worked for private not-for-profit organizations conducting policy evaluation and cost analyses.

A key ingredient for sustaining Digital Management's accelerating growth will be her versatility in leading smooth service delivery for contract transitions as well as new starts. Ms. Sullivan is very experienced in attracting, motivating, mentoring, and retaining high-performance managers and teams that are successful delivering IT services to Federal clients.
