Department of Homeland Security Selects Digital Management as Part of Winning Team for the Department's EAGLE Program

Company is an SRA International Team Member Providing IV&V Services

Bethesda, MD—July 31, 2006—Digital Management, Inc. (www.digitalmanagement.com), announced today that it has been selected as part of a winning team for one of the prime contracts under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) program. Digital Management is teamed with SRA International, Inc. (www.sra.com) to provide independent verification and validation (IV&V), test, and evaluation services.

The EAGLE contract offers a full range of information technology (IT) services, technical and management expertise, and solution-related enabling products for DHS agencies.
