Digital Management Wins General Services Administration Contract for Capital Planning Support

Company Sought Out for Strategic Consulting Expertise to Facilitate Executive Decision Making

Bethesda, MD—August 10, 2006—Digital Management, Inc. (www.digitalmanagement.com), announced that it was awarded a contract to provide capital planning decision support to the General Services Administration (GSA)'s Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Under this 8(a) STARS task order contract, Digital Management provides executive strategic consulting and facilitation services, complemented with decision support technology to help the Administration prioritize its vast portfolio of IT initiatives.

The effort is groundbreaking at the Administration, employing a rigorous decision making methodology and Decision Lens decision support technology to ensure all stakeholders in the decision process are represented fairly. "Especially in an age of tightened IT budgets, sound capital planning decision support processes are essential to organizational success" said Jay Sunny Bajaj, Digital Management's CEO.
