Digital Management Hires Former Federal Executive to Lead Strategic Transformation Practice
Bethesda, MD—August 28, 2006—Digital Management, Inc. (www.digitalmanagement.com), announced today that it has hired Ms. Deborah Groh to lead its Strategic Transformation Practice. Deborah Groh brings to Digital Management more than 33 years of experience in Information Technology in both industry and government sectors. For the last eight years, Ms. Groh, has been President & CEO of D. G. Consulting, Inc., which provided IT consulting services to government clients. An accomplished executive, Ms. Groh's vision and expertise in business performance have driven notable transformation in various agencies, including: Department of Agriculture, Housing and Urban Development, Department of Transportation, Department of Commerce, Air Force, Environmental Protection Agency, Veterans Administration, Office of Personnel Management, and Army Corps of Engineers.
Offering a rare blend of creative management and operational strengths, Deborah has used her extensive technical knowledge combined with an in-depth understanding of the Government strategic planning, capital planning and acquisition processes to successfully coordinate nationwide implementation of telecommunication and information systems. Her achievements are reflected in honors received such as the OPM's Directors Award, the Executive Potential Program Award, the Federal Women's Supervisory Award; and in numerous other awards and recognitions.
