Digital Management Wins 3-Year Contract to Manage E-Travel Center of Excellence

Department of Health and Human Services Selects Digital Management to Provide Subject Matter Expertise for Newly Launched Center

Bethesda, MD—September 25, 2006—Digital Management, Inc. (www.digitalmanagement.com), announced today that it has won a 3-year contract with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Program Support Center (PSC) to support the newly-formed E-Gov Travel Center of Excellence (COE). The E-Gov Travel COE provides customer service for the newly deployed web-based E-Gov Travel system which manages the authorization, control and processing of all travel related documents and transactions for the Department's 10,000+ employees. As the primary subject matter experts supporting the COE, Digital Management will be responsible for supporting the Department as it transforms its travel management operations to an online environment, managing the technical interfaces among the many DHHS related software systems, providing Tier 3 technical support, serving as the liaison to the many operational divisions within DHHS, analyzing customer feedback, and developing enhancements to the E-Gov Travel system and website.
