Digital Management Awarded 5-year Contract with the Department of Labor

Company to provide broad IT support services to the Mine Safety and Health Administration

Bethesda, MD—November 21, 2006—Digital Management, Inc. (www.digitalmanagement.com), announced today that it has won a 5-year contract with the Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) to provide comprehensive IT systems support services, including E-Government Strategy, Project Management, Production and Data Support, and LAN/WAN operations and maintenance for users in 100 offices across the United States and Puerto Rico. Digital Management will provide IT services at four MSHA locations: Arlington, VA; Beckley, WV; Lakewood, CO; and Bruceton, PA.
