Digital Management Awarded Five-Year Contract with the U.S. Department of Transportation
Bethesda, MD—September 03, 2008—Digital Management, Inc. (www.digitalmanagement.com), announced today that it has been selected by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DoT) to provide website maintenance, Section 508 compliance, security, & privacy services for the Maritime Administration (MARAD).
Under this five-year contract, Digital Management will provide ongoing operations and maintenance of the official Marine Transportation System (MTS) National Advisory Council (MTSNAC) website, www.mtsnac.org. The National Advisory Council is a chartered, non-federal body established to advise the Secretary of Transportation on MTS issues. The MTSNAC website has a secure accessible web presence so its membership (comprised of leaders from 30 commercial transportation firms, trade associations, state and local public entities, labor organizations, academics, and environmental groups) has access to the information, tools and resources to support the work of the Council.
